Qualification

1) Non-Chinese citizen with a valid foreign passport and in good physical health (without color weakness and color blindness);
2) Applicant over 18 and under 30 years old with a senior high secondary school diploma and above with good grades, qualified English language proficiency for medical majors if pursuing the bachelor’s degree;
3) Applicant under 36 years old with a bachelor’s degree and above in medicine or other majors related to medicine if pursuing the Master’s degree;
4) Applicant under 40 years old with a Master’s degree and above in medicine or other majors related to medicine if pursuing the Doctor’s degree;
5) Accept to abide by laws and decrees of China as well as the rules and regulations of the school.

How to apply
Applicant should register and submit the required documents through  “Fujian Medical University Online Application System for International Students”  http://fjmu.admissions.cn

Documents Required
1) Scan copy of original valid passport (pages with photo and address).
2) Scan copy of original highest diploma/degree /pre-graduation certificate and its notarized copy; Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
3) Scan copy of original transcripts of the most advanced studies and its notarized certificate; Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
4) Economic assurance or financial proof: documents proof of personal finance or sponsored by family, government and financial warrantor.
5) Physical Examination Record for Foreigner.
6) Doctor’s or Master’s degree program applicant should submit resume, detailed study plan in China (no less than 800 words), two letters of recommendation written by associate professors or higher, published academic papers or other academic achievements.
The certificate of HSK4 or above should be submitted by the professional degree applicant.
7) Other attachments（if any）: No-criminal record certificate, English proficiency certificate, HSK report, study plan, etc.

Review and Admission
1) After the review of application materials and the interview, the eligible students will be offered a Pre-admission Letter;
2) After the assessment of applicants, the eligible students will be offered an Admission Letter (original hard copy) and JW202 Form upon the approval of superior leaders, which indicates that they are formally admitted.
3) Application materials will not be returned to applicants regardless of the results of application.
